Roasted Red Pepper Aïoli
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted red pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, roasted red pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper, stirring until well blended.
- Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
