Roasted Red Pepper Aïoli

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, roasted red pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper, stirring until well blended.
  2. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
