Sweetened Whipped Cream
Serves: approximately 1 cup
- ¾ cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a small bowl, beat together all ingredients with a mixer at high speed until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until needed, up to an hour.
