Sweetened Whipped Cream
Serves: approximately 1 cup
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, beat together all ingredients with a mixer at high speed until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until needed, up to an hour.
