Rosewater Buttercream
Serves: Approximately 1¼ cups
- ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 4 teaspoons culinary rosewater
- 1 teaspoon heavy whipping cream
- ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, confectioners’ sugar, rosewater, cream, and salt with a mixer at low speed until combined. Increase speed to high, and beat until light and fluffy. Use immediately.
