Cream Cheese Filling
Serves: approximately 1 cup
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract at medium-high speed with a mixer until combined and smooth.
