Blackberry Mousse
Yield: 2 cups • Preparation: 5 minutes
  • 1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons seedless blackberry preserves
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream at high speed with an electric mixer until thickened. Add preserves, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired color is achieved.
  2. Refrigerate in a covered container until needed.
