Butterscotch Ganache
 
Serves: ¾ cup • Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. In the top half of a double boiler over simmering water, combine butterscotch morsels and cream. Cook, stirring occasionally, until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Let cool slightly before using.
