Hi, I’m looking for a recipe for your mock clotted cream that was made with Mascarpone , heavy cream and powdered sugar. I made it for a party recently and it was wonderful but now I can’t find the magazine that it was in to get the amounts of each item to make it again. I don’t remember it having any other ingredients , however the only ones I can find that are close contain vanilla . Am I just not remembering wrong, or was there a recipe that did not have vanilla?
Please let me know so I can stop driving myself crazy! I have gone thru all of my copies of tea time and just can’t fine it! It must have been one I let a friend use and I never got it back!
Look in the Sept/Oct 2017 issue. It’s in there!
