Heirloom-Tomato Crostini
Yield: 12 crostini • Preparation: 10 minutes
  • 12 thin slices French baguette bread, toasted
  • ¼ cup shallot-and-chive-flavored Boursin cheese
  • 12 slices heirloom tomato
  • 12 slices Campari tomato
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  1. Spread each bread slice with 1 teaspoon cheese. Top each with 1 slice of each tomato and a basil leaf.
