  1. Love my new year January/February issue. I instantly tried the Majorca Bundt Cake. It was the most delicious almond flour cake. I hope you will add more recipes of almond flour. I changed the sugar to Splenda mix to make it healthier. I’m watching carbs and sugars as well is my husband with type two Diabetes. I would love to have a basic scones recipe as well with almond flour as well. Make it healthy this year so we can enjoy theses sweets with our beautiful teas. Thank you
