Taking Tea in Richmond
Established in 1737, Richmond, Virginia, is a city steeped in history and tea and has played to host many prominent moments in the United States’ history. Many of the town’s landmarks, such as Maymont Mansion, Scotchtown—Patrick Henry’s historic home—and the historic Shirley Plantation, display the tea traditions of past Richmond residents.   1. In the March/April 2021 issue, there is a recipe for Mini Lemon Bundt Cakes (p. 59). It indicates in the ingredients “Lemon Glaze (recipe follows)”. Unfortunately, I do not see a Lemon Glaze recipe anywhere. Could you please provide that recipe so that I can attempt to recreate those lovely mini lemon bundt cakes? Thank you.
