Follow these easy steps to transform simple canapés into eye-catching hors d’oeuvres.
Step 1: Trim root ends from radishes and discard ends. Using a mandoline or a sharp paring knife, cut very thin crosswise slices from radishes. Slices must be thin enough to bend without breaking. For best results, radish slices should be approximately the same diameter and are best taken from widest sections of radishes.
Step 2: Fold each slice in half and then into quarters without creasing slices.
Step 3: Place 5 or 6 folded radish slices on top of each bread round, arranging to resemble a flower. Gently press flower into filling mixture to adhere.
