Once home to Henry Flagler, a founder of Standard Oil, the magnificent Whitehall estate provides a glimpse into life for the wealthy during the Gilded Age. Now the site for the Flagler Museum, the mansion has more than tours and scenic walks. From the day after Thanksgiving through Easter Sunday—colloquially known as “the Season” for Palm Beach residents—the Café des Beaux-Arts within the museum offers an afternoon tea featuring an array of delicacies and refreshments that reflects the era of the manor. Guests will enjoy this service along with cups of Whitehall Special Blend tea in the beautiful Flagler Kenan Pavilion with panoramic views of West Palm Beach. Tickets for afternoon tea cost $22 for members and $40 for non-members and are available online.
