The tea trailer functions as a very feminine and tea-focused version of a food truck with the aesthetic of the aqua-and-white trailer effortlessly matching the cheery, polka-dot uniforms Marian and Heather wear. The difference, however, between an average food truck and Tea Amo lies in not only the appearance of the vehicle and brand, but also the experience. Instead of being served tacos or burgers on paper plates, customers are presented with tea in beautiful porcelain teacups paired with a lovely selection of sweet and savory treats served on tiered trays. Tea Amo’s portable tea service perfectly unites the elevated practice of afternoon tea with the convenience and fun of a food truck.
Upon arriving at the trailer, customers have the unique ability to peruse Marian’s growing china collection in order to choose their favorite teacup and saucer for afternoon tea. Tea Amo offers a variety of classic and unique loose-leaf teas, including a few of their own blends, such as Cherry Chocolate Black Tea and several herbal infusions that are available both hot and iced. The menu features teatime classics, such as cucumber tea sandwiches and shortbread, as well as modern takes on traditional tea fare, including a raspberry cake roll and a sandwich comprised of pumpernickel, plum butter, and arugula.
