TeaTime 15: Notable Tearooms That Have Stood The Test of Time

TeaTime 15: Notable Tearooms

The art and tradition of afternoon tea continues not only in homes around the world, but also in tearooms and restaurants that wish to provide tea lovers and novices a unique dining experience. Since its inception in 2003, TeaTime has featured numerous venues and businesses that offer a superb tea service. In this installment of our celebratory TeaTime 15 series that commemorates our milestone anniversary, we highlight some of the many remarkable places we have had the pleasure of introducing to our dedicated readers. We are delighted that these notable tearooms are still in operation, and we wish them many more years to come.

  1. Great tearooms. You must check out Josephine’s in Godfrey, IL. You will love it. Not only excellent food, great atmosphere, but room after room of shopping for clothes and the home. We love it! In fact, I am taking my granddaughter there for her 17th birthday this Saturday. Thanks for listening. Barb Dalby

  2. My granddaughter and I had a weekend tea retreat at several tea shops .in Southern California. We went to the Rose Tree Tea Cottage and also Paris In A Cup. The experience was really very nice. We attended another which was also quite enjoyable. It was the Huntington Library and Museum which has a wonderful tea room.
