Da Hong Pao Oolong
Sometimes called the king of tea, Da Hong Pao (translated “big red robe”) comes from the Wuyi Mountains in China’s Fujian Province. The large, dark, twisted leaves of this prized oolong yield repeated infusions that exude rich and complex flavors of apricots, plums, and peaches, as well as hints of cocoa and molasses and occasional floral or toasted notes.
