Nilgiri Black
In the Nilgiri Mountains of southern India, tea bushes grow in rich soil at high altitudes, resulting in fragrant, yet mellow, teas with fruity notes. Occasional near-freezing temperatures give Nilgiri Frost Teas their unique freshness and sweetness. Because black teas from this region have low levels of tannins, their infusions don’t cloud when refrigerated, which makes them ideally suited for iced tea.
